Refund Policy

At Stellar Studios, we strive to deliver high-quality digital services. Due to the nature of our services, the following refund policy applies:

1. Advance Payments

All projects require an advance payment. This amount is non-refundable once the project has been initiated.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • If the project has not been started
  • If we are unable to deliver the agreed service

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • Work has already been completed or partially delivered
  • Delay is caused due to client-side issues (late feedback, missing data, etc.)
  • Change of mind after project initiation

4. Subscription Services (SaaS / Monthly Plans)

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle starts
  • You can cancel future billing anytime

5. Custom Projects

For custom development (software, apps, AI solutions), refunds are not applicable once development has started.
